The relationship between the developing partners of Boyd•Dollansky didn’t begin in the real estate business, it began in the racing business. After meeting at a dirt track in Superior, Wisconsin in 1999. Scott Boyd, successful owner of Karavan Trailers and Craig Dollansky a standout sprint car driver teamed up. The Karavan Motorsports team with Dollansky behind the wheel were immediately successful, winning the “World of Outlaws’ GumOut Series Championship in 2000. In the subsequent 9 racing seasons, the Karavan-Dollansky team raced up the sprint car ranks, winning from coast to coast while touring with the ‘World of Outlaws’ sprint car series. Scott Boyd and Craig Dollansky have remained good friends over the years and established Boyd•Dollansky, LLC in 2023. Through Boyd•Dollansky Developments the partners intend to apply their winning strategies in developing quality commercial and residential properties in suburban areas that add dimension to a community.
