The Condo Suites Otsego will be breaking ground in June of 2024 at the corner of 70th Street NE and Kadler Ave NE in Otsego, MN. The development on 23.29 acres is slated to become a commercial office-warehouse development. The initial plans are for 14 buildings consisting of 124 individual units. These units can be used as simple and secure storage, or customized for non-retail business. The developments buildings will be divided into 3 catagories, Trades units, Classic units and Luxury units. The development will operate under a unit-owners association where certain amenities will be provided by the association, but owners are able to customize their units to suit their needs.
